Return & Refund Policy

We respect our customers and we accept refunds and returns for most of our products for the below mentioned reasons.

1. If the product is different from ordered item.
2. If the product is defective.

The following terms are applicable

1. The return request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the products.
2. Without proper unboxing video and pictures the request cannot be processed.
3. The goods must be in original packing.
4. The refund amount should be for product value and not for shipping charges.
5. The customer is only responsible for returning the product to our mentioned address.
